The Back to School Info and forms have been organized into the following
sub-sections: Information, Policy/Acknowledgements,
Fees, Health, and Uniforms. Documents that need to be printed and returned are listed separately from those that just need to be read. The document names specify if it applies to your child(ren)'s grade level. Documents that are labeled with the term 'Family' only need to be completed per family, not per each student. Clicking each document will allow you to view the document immediately without downloading it. You will need either the Foxit Reader or Adobe Reader (links at top) to print the documents. Print by selecting "File" below where is says "Google Docs" on the upper left corner. Plan about 1 hour of time to browse and print the necessary documents. |
